These shoes look fabulous! I wore these for work so I wore them a ton. They have no traction on the bottom of the shoes. Would not recommend wearing them in any type of weather. The shoes lasted me for under a year. The soul of the shoe started deteriorating. They are comfortable and not the type of shoe you have to break in. They do not have support though.     • Beautiful Flats with a Break-in Period

I really loved these flats the moment I took them out of the box. They are stylish and exactly what I was looking for, though there is a bit of a learning curve with the fit. My Experience • The Fit: I do have wide feet, which can make finding the perfect flat a challenge. While the overall size is correct, they do hurt a little bit on the top of my foot where the material meets the skin. • Quality: Despite the initial tightness, the quality is evident. They feel sturdy and well-made, which gives me hope for their longevity. • Breaking Them In: I’m definitely planning on keeping them! I’m hoping they will stretch with use as the material softens up. I think once they mold to my feet, they’ll be my new daily go-to. Final Thoughts If you have wider feet like I do, you might feel some pressure initially. These are really cute. I don’t know if they’re comfortable yet because I haven’t worn them yet. I’m giving them 2 stars because I paid $150 (full price) for them and they arrived bad stitching, defective. Amazon offered me $30 to keep them instead of returning them from a new pair. I’m still considering just returning them because I don’t think $130 is acceptable for the ugly stitching on these shoes. I’m better off returning them for a full refund and buying them from a different store online. This is the 3rd pair of shoes I’ve purchased from Sam Edelman on Amazon which have arrived defective or damaged. I’d recommended purchases of this brand be made at stores which sell them in person or try a different website. I did order 2 pairs of boots by Sam Edelman from Nordstroms Rack and they arrived in pristine condition. ... show more

After about a week of wearing these shoes, they hold up surprisingly well! They’re pretty cute and the materials look good - no obvious creasing or wear and they’re as comfortable as flats can get. If you’re on the fence about getting them I’d recommend it, they’re great for work or casual wear.

Pros - very soft leather with no break in period / no blisters on the back of your ankle (at least for me) and easy to walk in if you need to buy something for a last minute event etc Cons - squeaky, right shoe fits tighter than the left and I’ve never had that experience with Sam Edelman before. It made my toes pretty squished on the right side. Easy to scuff up but that’s expected for how thin it is.
