The media could not be loaded. This thing is so easy to use. It does everything for you. It raises humidity for you automatically during lock down. Temperature never fluctuated. I got a 70% hatch rate on my first time using, compared to less than 45% hatch rate with my old incubator. My old incubator was constantly setting off alarms for temperature and humidity. This thing never did. Be warned that it is noisy as you can hear in the video I’ve attached, otherwise it’s far exceeded my expectations. So much so, I’m thinking of buying another!

Just hatched the first clutch out of this incubator. It's very easy to set up and fairly hands off during incubation. I would recommend it for someone hatching for the first time. I had zero issues with maintaining humidity primarily with the little pump. The secret to using it, is to fill the hose with water from the bottle before turning it on. Its not strong enough to pull water from the bottle and fill the hose on its own. But it is strong enough to maintain the flow once its going. I had very little fluctuation with the temp and humidity levels. And they both recovered quickly any time I had to take the lid off to candle eggs. I have my second batch of eggs going in tomorrow.

The media could not be loaded. I absolutely love this incubator it does it all! Only one thing to consider - If you need a high humidity? then add warm water through the hole for tube drip. I used approx 2-3 oz into the hole and the higher humidity stayed steady for almost a weak. Allowing just the drip line isn't enough I guess but I almost returned it until I figured out this little hack. Otherwise it hatched out 4 super cute chicks and then I was having so much fun some friends brought me 5 turkey eggs to experiment. no luck with them but it wasn't the incubators fault lol This machine is large but plenty of room. I would also suggest for chicken eggs depending on how many you have? I had 12 eggs but when I took out the slats that divide the eggs and make them move plus turning off the turner I noticed when the hatchlings were cruising around they'd knock into other eggs and possibly damaged them. Just disconnect the turner and leave the slats sectioned off but separate the slats further apart for the chick to move around and dry off without damaging other eggs. It kept the temp and humidity perfect for the chicken eggs, pretty accurate. I never had any smells coming from this incubator, although it does make a slight noise it was the forced air noise is all. It's heavy duty plastic and easy to see or even photograph through. I would highly recommend this incubator it's awesome!!

The media could not be loaded. It was great, we just hatched 27 healthy chicks. We only have 3 roosters so out of 54 eggs I put in, that's a great hatch not knowing everyone got fertilized. Kept it's temp really well, added water every other day and the monitor was helpful to know what day it was on. I love it. Instructions weren't really clear but figured it out and it worked wonderful. Not noisy, but I have a freeze dryer and that's way louder. Easy to clean. I did keep the insulator packaging on for extra warmth. Cheaper than our 22 egg incubator that we still use.

I have been very impressed with the quality of this incubator. This is the second incubator I have owned and had originally planned on running both at the same time. However, after having this going for one day and seeing how it was much better than my other one, I have put the other incubator to the side for emergencies. Set up was easy, the directions included were clear, and everything fit together well and appears to be good quality. It maintains a constant temperature and humidity, a problem I was constantly fighting on the other one. I have it set at 55% humidity, and apart from the one time I managed to knock the hose house of the water reservoir, it has been consistent. The low humidity alarm is a nice added feature. The shipping packaging is also added insulation if needed, which will be nice in the winter months when the house is colder.

I noticed the incubator didn’t feel as warm as it did in the beginning of incubation when I put them on lockdown on day 18 so I added a separate temp/humidity hygrometer and just hoped for the best at that point as all were active during candling the day before. Vents were also wide open at day 18 and water bottle full to aid in the higher humidity needs for hatching. I ended up losing 42 of the 56 eggs I started with, all who were fully developed and seemed to pass away around day 19/20 as most had partially absorbed the yolk sack. I had 10 hatch, some with great difficulty and they all seemed to be the eggs on the outside of the unit (they possible had more heat/air circulation?). I’ve included a pic of the temp/humidy hygrometer that I put in at lockdown, as you can see the unit says 100.1 and the hygrometer reads the near same humidity but 93.8 degrees. I’m devastated taking out all the (what should have been viable) dead chicks 2 days after the few hatched. Message sent to seller as Amazon refuses to refund or send shipping label even though I purchased extended warranty on the unit. I had many customers waiting for these chicks, hopefully they will wait another few weeks for me to get a new incubator.
