This is imo one of the best paints on the market, and I love the finish. However be aware: this is an OIL based paint, not enamel (according to the company via phone call). The can requires a LOT of shaking. If you shake it sufficiently, the paint dries within 24 hours and cures totally within 48 hours. If you don't... it can take DAYS or even a week to dry. Manually, it takes approximately 3 to 5 minutes of vigorous shaking to mix this well. You don't want to be doing that to your arm. This is such an issue I built an electronic shaker, because my arm and shoulder could not take the required mixing time when done manually. There are numerous instructive videos on YouTube telling how to make a 'rattle can shaker'. I made mine using a reciprocating saw with a circular clamp attached to the blade. You can also make one by using a threaded rod, two nuts and a soup can attached to a variable speed drill. There are several versions, but they are almost essential in using this paint (unless you want 'tennis elbow' or early-onset rotator cuff problems). Seriously, even with my electric shaking machine it takes a full minute and a half to shake this paint properly so that it dries quickly and well. Beyond that, it's great. ... show more

I have at least 20 large 8 inch plastic Christmas ball that I needed to change the color! I attached a wire so I could spin the ball as I sprayed! It looked amazing!!

I used this to seal the surfaces of a new metal ornamental garden fixture. I like how it dries and how it looks. I used it one week ago, so time will tell if it works as a rust inhibiter. I did notice some beginning at a solder joint which might not have been covered well.

I had a few old and ugly floor air vents that needed to be replaced. After some research, I discovered that spray painting them would make them look new, match them better to the wood floor as well as save me money (compared to buying new floor vents). I used this spray paint to do the project and I am so thrilled with the results. The old floor vents look brand new and very nice against the wood floor. A simple search will pull several helpful YouTube videos for this project. Please do remember to use the spray paint outside your home (in open air) or in another covered area such as a shed but not inside your home or else you will be breathing the fumes/smell of the spray paint and will land sick with a massive headache. ... show more
