The balls come off easy, so just make sure they're really tight. Otherwise, they're great, non-irritating, and fit true to size. I ordered 14g for my lip and it's the perfect size for my labret. Wouldn't have gone any smaller. :)

Using these to stretch my ears. I don't sanitize any brand new earrings I get off of Amazon, I only use coconut oil to put them in my ear. No allergic reactions of inflammations experienced. Would highly recommend! It may feel a bit heavy when you hold one with your fingers but it feels totally fine when you put it on.
