These Ring battery pack chargers have worked great for us. They charge quickly and make swapping out batteries super easy, so there’s no downtime with our devices. Edited: A few days after I left my original review a RING customer service rep, Rudy, called to offer some helpful advice. After cleaning out the unit from the inside (it had gathered some dust) the unit seems to be working better now. I will add 1 additional star THANKS TO RUDY! Ive never had any one call me and only a few companies even bother to reach out after a less than stellar review so this was a pleasent surprise. Thanks Rudy/Ring! I'll check back in a couple weeks to update.

This works great! We have used this for over a year and the batteries are still holding strong and we have not had any issues with the batteries and the cameras. They charge pretty quickly and are super easy to install.
