From the Manufacturer Ingredients Active Ingredients: Carboxyl Methylcellulose Sodium (CMC) 0.5% (eye lubricant) Inactive Ingredients: Calcium Chloride, Magnesium Chloride, Potassium Chloride, Purified Water, Sodium Chloride, Sodium Lactate, Hydrochloric Acid (May contain to adjust pH), Sodium Hydroxide (May contain to adjust pH) Directions To open, firmly bend the tab back and forth, then pull to remove. Instill one or two drops in the affected eye(s) as needed and discard the container. Warnings Refresh Plus is for external use only. To avoid contamination, do not touch tip of container to any surface. Do not re- use Refresh Plus; once open, discard the container. Do not touch dose tip to eye. Use the drops only if single-use container is intact. Do not use if solution changes color or becomes cloudy. Stop using product and ask a doctor if you experience eye pain, changes in vision, or continued redness or irritation of the eye, or if the condition worsens or persists for more than 72 hours.
