This is the perfect bugout bag! We just ordered more for our children because they borrow ours. My husband and I have had ours for years and use them for travel often. They fit everything we need and slide perfectly underneath the seat of an airplane. We can also use the clips on the side to hold water bottles and jackets to give our arms room if needed. They have stood the test of time and have been durable. My husband is built like a linebacker and the straps are comfortable for him and I have a small frame and it’s perfect for le as well. The media could not be loaded. I’ve had this backpack for about 3 years now and it’s been through just about everything with me. I’ve used it for college classes, carried all my academy gear in it, traveled with it, taken it on hikes, and it’s even been through a cross-country move and two in-state moves. I’ve stuffed it completely full and also cinched it down tight enough to fit under an airplane seat. After all that use it’s still holding strong—no busted seams, no broken zippers, and it still looks great. I absolutely love this backpack. I would love to use it as my emergency/bug out bag, however I don’t feel like it has quite enough internal organization pockets for that. That said, I like the bag so much I may just get some small organizer pouches for the inside and label them. Overall, it’s a great everyday bag for the gym, range, work, school, or travel. I grabbed this bag to complement my collection and use it as a full-sized personal item carry-on bag for flights/air travel. I have the smaller assault molle pack as well as the hip sling, great bags for every day! These bags are like a toolbox, very durable. I've had no issues with zippers or straps, and the hooks & nylon hook straps are all over the place. There is always a place to hang whatever I'm looking to attach to my bag! The compartments are large too. I can carry a 15" laptop in a full protective sleeve in the main pocket with interior pockets for power cords and backup accessories. I've added some interior photos to complement the exterior photos already provided in the product description. Every compartment has interior pockets except the high front top pocket. The high front top pocket is great for the high-capacity batteries that I carry to help keep the family phones charged on day trips. Keep in mind, this bag is large enough to pack some serious gear and can get quite heavy, but the shoulder straps have plenty of padding to wear this bag comfortably all day...it stands up to sweat just fine too, and dries quickly! I really love the side straps that allow me to expand and collapse the depth of the bag based on how full I pack it. This adjustment helps to keep the weight high and close to my back without allowing the back to sag down under/behind me. I'm already eyeing up the Black REEBOW GEAR Tactical Sling Backpack Rover Shoulder Sling Pack to replace my off-brand everyday sling carry bag and possibly use it for a front carry bag in tandem with my other molle bags! ... show more

I am tempted not to leave a review simply because I plan on buying more of these and don't want to share. I am SO impressed with this backpack. I am making 4 separate 72-hour emergency kits: one for myself and three as gifts for my family this Christmas. So of course I was looking for a great price on something spacious, reliable and water resistant without dropping $60 each. I almost ended up going with something like a Jansport and I'm so glad I didn't! This backpack is rugged. The construction is very sturdy. It has thick zippers, each pocket has two zipper pulls. I love that the main pocket opens all the way up. I have been able to stuff a LOT of stuff in this bag and still have room for 3 days of food and water. The pocket for the water bladder is a bonus. The bag also came with the flag patch seen in the product image. I am a 5'6" 23 y/o female and this is sturdy enough for me to carry packed full without any issues. My only semi con: the waist strap that goes across the torso between the two shoulder straps might be a little short for a heavier person or someone with a large stomach (like myself). They also are removable because they are not sewn on one end. This caused them to come off the bag entirely when I first tried the strap. I thought I had broken the bag. So maybe not the most reliable waist strap. However, this could actually be a great option because you could remove the waist strap if you don't think you'll use it. I ended up taking mine off and sticking them in the bag because I didn't want them dangling around. Totally recommended. I'm overall very impressed. Awesome price for the product. Since this is for emergency and not every day use, I can't give feedback on how long the pack lasts. If my review doesn't change, assume I'm still satisfied.
