This was a long awaited game, and I'm glad to finally see it on console. No issues with disc, works and no errors downloading. The game itself plays great on console and is very fun/immersive. Although I can admit it definitely needs some patches. Lots of bugs that can break immersion or mess with gameplay. A common one I experienced is when leaving the item wheel I would get stuck for a few seconds and so would my d-pad and some prompts like to restrain someone don't always pop up. Some issues with server stability in multiplayer but its usually easy to get into another lobby. There is a lot more customization than I was expecting and it is very appreciated. Don't expect anything crazy, they were still keeping the swat/task force aesthetic in mind and it's very tasteful. Guns are also customizable and they feel great to use. They all have weight to them and sound great. Great selection especially coming from a smaller studio like this. From what I understand they are still VERY involved in the game and community. And they are also making more expansions to the game with another pack coming out next year I believe.

It deserves a 5 because someone finally had the genius to bring back SWAT gaming. For decades, developers have forced us to murder the police and play in war. This company is now reaping the financial benefits of realizing how starved we all were to be the good guys. Im sure the cash-grab bandwagon copycat games from competitoslrs will ensue upon this game's success. I never really wanted to be at war. Urban or suburban tactics interest me more in gaming. I don't want to build an expensive PC, so i am happy that this worked perfectly on my xbox series x. Now for the negative: it is very hard to start a mission. You have to press certain buttons in sequence in order to select a mission. The font is small. It was clearly designed for PC accuracy with a mouse. During missions, it feels like you move just a bit too slow but then when suspects appear,they require fast super accurate shots that cannot be done with a console controller. They move like rabbits, but you're stuck in molasses. I can't complain too much because im just thankful it looks and sounds amazing, and that someone finally brought back SWAT.

The is without a doubt one of the best realistic games ever made the game is very hard even on easy mode it is treated very realistic just one shot could flat out kill you the enemy could be anywhere and there could be traps anywhere and you have to worry about hostages it really makes you feel like a swat team the game is very long I still haven’t finished at the time of writing this review and the game is 100 percent on disc and no internet or update is required I 100 percent recommend this game

This game is broken, on console, i tried the xbox version...and the PS5 version.. your crew doesnt listen to your commands... And it plays without tou ...they will clear a scenario before you can react..get it on pc if you can... If not dont waste your money
