Fantastic frames. These were 100% authentic. Not only for women by any means...they are great for men. Everything thing about these Ray Bans are quality and fit my face perfectly. List price at my Opticians is $225 (Ray Ban sells for $170) so this was a fantastic steal for the price, even though they jack up the prices at fancy places. Lenses are being made for them as we speak and there were no questions on their authenticity at all by the Opticians office. Color is as described..they look dark in low light but in the sunlight the lighter areas become more visible. All depends on the lighting. I always had a hard time finding a pair I liked that weren't too big or shaped wrong for my roundish face. These are perfect! Ray Ban does make some frames, including these, in China and not Italy. But compared to the cheapo frames I'm used to, these are of great quality and absolutely not fake as some other reviewers have said. They arrived in immaculate condition with not a defect or scratch on the glasses or case. Was hesitant to buy glasses online, but would definitely purchase again. Half the price you'll find in an optical shop. Most shops do charge an extra fee to put in lenses if you didn't buy the frames from them, but still a great bargain for really sharp, classic-looking glasses. ... show more

It was what i expected. I thought that it would be too big or arms too long since im still unfamiliar with purchasing the right size but this fit great for me. The frame was good, it did say "Made in China" but oh well.. What isn't these days and for an online purchase, it was good enough. This is my 4th frame in this style. I keep going back to these for new prescriptions as they fit perfectly, durable and timeless. As my prescription changes, I have my doctor put in new lenses in the oldest pair so I can still use the most recent pair. High quality glasses. But for me, they were slightly big and I didn't notice that the arms were not the same tortoise shell color. The arms were actually a tan / brown. Didn't seem to really "go" and didn't fit my style. Shipping was fast and the quality is high. They just didn't fit my needs.
