I love my Party Tent by Quictent! I bought it for personal use since we host parties and fundraisers often. I debuted it this summer and got SO MANY compliments on how sturdy and luxurious the Tent looks. Set up took about 1.5 hours the first time, but we got quicker the more times we put it up. I absolutely love the storage bags that come with the Tent. I recommend labeling all the pieces with either a sharpie or vinyl the first time you open the Tent to have it that much easier for set up for future uses. Take down is also very simple and relatively quick (no more than 45 minutes). Customer service was great when I reached out for a question as well. The Tent comes in 6 boxes upon delivery. Lastly, the 20'x40' Tent easily fits 12 6ft tables, and comfortably seats 72+ people underneath. The quality of the materials is high and I know I will use it for years (hopefully decades!) to come. We had it up on a fairly windy day and the Tent definitely held up with no issues. If you love to host outdoor events, I HIGHLY recommend Quictent tents!

I have been wanting to order a 20 x 20 tent for years and finally pulled the trigger and I'm incredibly happy that I selected this item AND this company/manufacturer. Before purchasing I had read other reviews and was impressed with the commentary of the fantastic customer service when called upon. Not knowing if I would ever need it, I felt it was a strong reason to move forward with a purchase. The tent itself is amazing. I felt the framing was very sturdy and the material was what I expected. Having the option to enclose the tent is great and really allows you to plan for both the look you're wanting for your gatherings as well as for weather. I did go a step further and purchased 6 yard anchors that were about 30" long to twist into the ground to tie straps to for extra stability to tie the frame down incase of wind and would recommend others to do so too as a precautionary. Outside of that, you'll have everything you need with this order and you can put it up with one able bodied person but would recommend two. It took me about an hour to do it alone. The three bags are great for storage and the canopy fits great into the large bag even after use. I did have a couple items that I needed to communicate with the company for help and two items for replacement and it was by far the easiest and most enjoyable customer experience I can remember having in the past 20 years. The platform to communicate, send pics and the attentiveness and immediate follow through by the company was incredible. I would have no hesitation in ordering another tent from them in the future or other products they might offer based on the customer service alone. Great quality and value all around.

We’ve been extremely happy with this party tent! The quality is excellent—it’s sturdy, durable, and after using it over 10 times it still looks as good as new. It’s definitely built to last. The only downside is that setup can be a little tedious since there’s a lot of hardware involved, but once it’s up, it’s solid and does the job perfectly. When we first ordered, we had a very close deadline because we needed the tent for a party. Unfortunately, a few parts were missing in the initial shipment, but the company was absolutely awesome to deal with. They quickly understood our situation and expedited the missing pieces so we had everything in time. Their customer service was fast, friendly, and very helpful. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with this tent—it’s great quality, has held up beautifully, and the company really stands behind their product. Highly recommend

Used it twice so far about a week each time, survived 25mph winds and a few downpours. We had the front of the tent open as well as 3 panels open on the sides. It was easy enough to setup but would be better if the pieces were color coded. A couple of the poles came with minor dents but they weren’t dented enough to make us want to bother with getting replacements. The provided stakes will likely be inadequate for any kind of wind/storms, especially if you’re dealing with challenging ground like hidden rocks. You’ll definitely want to get more significant stakes and tie down straps. I’ve seen groups using other tents like this from other companies and I’m glad I chose this one, it is sturdier and easier to setup than the other models I’ve seen. I saw one such tent get destroyed in a storm that ours survived.

The tent is not as advertised. It says it was rated at 40 MPH winds and the tent could not withstand a moderate breeze of 17.3 mph winds. Our special day was ruined because of this. We purchased the tent and professionally installed it a day before our event. Thank god there were no people inside when the tent because the metal Poles bent across the top and the welds on the poles that were fastened to the ground were so weak they snapped. This caused my pregnant wife and I immense stress and we had to find a solution that cost us more money with less than 24 hours notice. We can’t send the mangled carnage back for a refund because it has been so damaged.

I’ve built this 20x40 canopy twice for two different events, and both times it was a smooth and straightforward process. For something this size, I definitely recommend having 3–4 people to help—it makes assembly much easier and more efficient. It takes us about 2 hours to set up and another 2 hours to take down, which is pretty reasonable considering the size. The parts fit together well, and the structure feels sturdy once assembled. The only downside we encountered was that one storage bag was missing. Luckily, we were still able to fit all the poles into the remaining bags without too much trouble. Overall, it’s a solid, user-friendly canopy that’s great for large events.
