Great training aid. The ball speed is generally the same as in putting green. All three holes are much usable; somebody wrote here they don’t understand usage of smaller side holes: well, if you are looking for 12 inch deep putting hole, then you have to make one in your garden. For the office aid, this is super useful. The end traps are really useful and well designed. The end slope is also well designed, which also plays nicely to the location of the holes. I use it daily. I highly recommend the product. As an additional aid I made layered cardboard slopes that I slide under on the sides to simulate turf undulation, and the surface works with those really well. I also tried to use it in the yard, which is OK, but will pick-up easily any uneven grass surface as if sitting on a pillow, which is not optimal. For any room/office space, this is must have. PS. Not sure what the plus is, I paid for the "plus", but never found what it entails. Somebody in one of the comments wrote it is a bit thicker end pad with holes, but I cannot really tell you. Would be nice if the seller could update the description. ... show more

I bought the PUTT-A-BOUT Par Three Golf Putting Green as a gift for my dad, who’s an avid golfer, and it’s been a big hit! He has it set up in the dining room, where he’s constantly testing out putters—there are always at least five lined up next to it. The green provides a great practice surface and has been a fun way for him to keep his skills sharp indoors. I wouldn’t mind getting a larger version if one were available, but this was the biggest size I could find when I ordered it. Still, it’s a fantastic product and a perfect gift for any golfer. Good quality, good fun. Wish it came with some barriers so balls do not go rolling out too far past. Easily fixed though by cutting a big, shallow cardboard box and placed beneath the top end of the green to create a barrier.

Wasn’t sure what to expect since this is a good deal less expensive than some other indoor putting mats. I was pleasantly surprised! The quality is very good. The putting surface was very smooth. Right out of the box, I had no issues with wrinkles or creases - the mat laid completely flat.

The media could not be loaded. The two smaller holes are completely unnecessary if you ask me. They don't catch worth a darn. I purchased the par three plus and Im still not sure where the extra 20 bucks went. I asked what the pocket depth was on the "Par Three" and someone replied 1 inch. As you can see the "Par Three Plus" that I purchased has a depth of 1.25 inch. Whether or not that is worth the extra 20 bucks....you decide... Personally I am underwhelmed. It works. Its fast. It may look easy to putt but it’s not!!! Well made (what we can tell on the first day). Thickness around the holes varies. Rolls and stores great when done. “Sand traps” a nice touch.
