Según especialistas, los nutrientes se absorben mejor a través de alimentos reales, con sus grasas, fibra y antioxidantes naturales.  Por eso recomiendo mantener dieta saludable, ejercicio regular y usar este multivitamínico como complemento, no como “salvador”.
