I ordered this doghouse for my son's medium-sized Boston Terrier mix, which weighs approximately 35 pounds. He has to keep the dog outside while he is at work because he chews everything up. When we received the box, it was quite beat up looking with a large hole in one corner and a piece of metal sticking out. When we opened the box, it was missing the instructions, parts list, all the hardware, and many of the pieces. I first asked for a return because I didn't see an option to request the missing parts. The seller quickly responded and asked why I wanted to return it. I explained about the hole in the box and the missing parts, and the instructions. They quickly emailed me a file containing the parts list and instructions. They then asked me to take the parts list and identify which parts were missing. I believe, besides all the hardware, about 15 pieces were missing, mostly the metal pieces that connect all the larger parts together. After seeing that so many parts were missing, the seller quickly shipped me an entire new doghouse. When we received the new box, it was starting to come apart on one side, but thankfully, all the parts were there this time. The doghouse was easy to assemble and went together well. Some of the main features that I like about the house include the chew-proof metal frame, the waterproof roof, the vinyl strips across the doorway, and the little porch across the front. I ordered the optional liner, and it is very well made and should help keep my son's dog warm during the colder months. Also, the house is light enough that my son can move it around when he mows. Overall, a great-looking doghouse that should last for many years. I would recommend to the seller that they package the parts in a more durable box, or double-box it.

Cute. Straight forward assembly. However, it is smaller than I thought it would be. The dimensions are outside only and there was no dementions for the actual sleeping area which measures more like 22" X 34"

Got these because we leave the dogs out while we’re at work..got a medium for our frenchie and large for our husky. we Just built them and they’re really nice, the wood is a little flimsy towards the too front above the porch, but for the price it’s good. I didn’t get the insulation that it comes with, i bought insulation separately, because the floor of the house does have holes in it and put a blanket on to.we’ll see how it hold up throughout winter ..it did however take about an hour to build..
