Snaps in easily, frame fits close to the frame of the display, display still rests in the appropriate spot, and it provides a layer of protection. Doesn't interfere with using any controls (not bulky). Clear glass, not scratched or otherwise marred. It was well-enough protected in bubble wrap and plastic bag, with a peel off protective layer for the side facing the camera display, not mind-blowing, but enough.

This screen protector gives me a bit of peace not having to worry about scratching the rear screen of my D850 on a zipper or button on my coat. The protector does, however, prevent me from using the touch screen. The glass protector does not convey touch to the underlying screen. Installation was a snap. The screen protector quickly and securely latches onto the camera back. I haven't noticed it interfering with anything.... other than the touch-screen usage.

Protects the camera’s screen. This is important to me since I’m often dragging my equipment through brush while shooting wildlife in some pretty rough country. I lose the touch screen convenience but still can perform most functions manually. It’s removable so that’s a plus when you aren’t that concerned about damaging you screen. I’ve tried the tempered glass screen protectors and was not satisfied with the fit, bubbles, dirt collecting under the edges, etc.

Based on what I saw I purchased this for my Canon 1dx MKII. I thought from what I saw it would be like in photo (01) but was instead what you see in photo (02). I thought based on photo (01) the protector would go on and then the original eye piece would go back in place.. After fiddling with the protector and new eye piece (which wasn't easy) I noticed as in photo (03) there is a gap approx 1/16th", and photo (04) shows the the protector depressed, and lastly photo (05) shows the original eye piece that no longer will fit. If I'm doing something wrong I would sure like someone to show me differently but like I said it wasn't what I expected. It will protect the LCD but I can see having to have to take it apart from time to time to clean the dust because of the gap which you wouldn't think you would have to do being the whole purpose is to protect.
