This mic is fantastic. you can also remove the drop mount ring that it comes with and flip it over for a standard vertical mount. My talent always needs to be able to see the screen to read the script so hanging the mic over their field of view wasn't an option. I considered taking a star off for the built-in windscreen leaving a little to be desired, but with some ONYX Preamps, if you give yourself 6" from the mic the sound is Spec-effing-tacular. ... show more
