I’m so glad I went with this Nespresso Vertuo! The machine itself looks sleek in the graphite color and doesn’t take up too much counter space. It heats up quickly and is super easy to use—perfect for busy mornings. The coffee and espresso both come out rich, smooth, and with that signature crema on top. It honestly feels like a coffee shop drink at home. One of the best parts is that it comes with a variety pack of 12 pods, which is great for trying different flavors right away. It also included a $20 voucher for their website, which is a nice bonus and helps offset the cost of ordering more pods. There are things that I do really like about the Vertuo UP Coffee and Espresso Maker from Nespresso. I like how easy the app is to maneuver, which makes maintenance a breeze. The 'pod' discard tray is easy to remove and clean. There is a removable shelf to make it easier to use different sized cups without spatter. The negatives are small but mighty. When it arrived, the wrong books were included with it. Once the app is figured out it isn't a big deal since almost everything can be found there, but during initial set up it was very confusing. You need to know the hard water level of your region and if you don't it should be alright since a testing strip is included with the machine but mine was missing. The real annoying part, though, is that a clean cycle after making a cup of coffee or espresso uses the same amount of water but somehow can't remove all the coffee still in the lines. It takes me three cleaning cycles to get water to come out that looks at all clear. I don't know what that means, but a cleaning cycle that needs to be run, then re-run, then re-run again doesn't seem like a good cleaning cycle. ... show more

Nespresso, graphite, color, coffee machine This is the new model,Vertuo coffee machine. I am so obsessed with this coffee. This machine makes a perfect cup every time. The machine itself has a small footprint. Takes up very little space on my counter. It has a modern sleek look. This machine does not include the frother. But the box does include everything that you would need to get set up. Big bonus is it includes a sample pack of pods so you can figure out what your favorite coffee is. It also had a 20% off coupon for your first purchase. I love this no fuss machine popping a pod and get a perfect cup every time. ... show more

    • Great coffee with zero effort
I’ve been using the Nespresso Vertuo Plus and it’s honestly one of the easiest coffee makers I’ve had. You just pop in a pod, press a button, and it does everything for you. It heats up quickly and the coffee comes out consistently good every time. The crema on top is a nice touch and makes it feel a little more like a café-style drink at home. I also like that it can make both coffee and espresso depending on the pod, so there’s some variety. The design looks nice on the counter and doesn’t take up too much space, which I appreciate. It’s also really easy to clean and maintain. Only thing to keep in mind is you’re locked into Nespresso pods, so that’s an ongoing cost, but for the convenience and quality, I think it’s worth it.
