I bought this coat for my son, who recently began working outside construction in northern Michigan. He really likes the added heat to take the chill off, keeping him comfortable. On the low setting, a battery lasts most of the day. He has not had a day so cold as needing to use the higher settings, so I don't know how long the battery would last in that case. I don't know how this battery use compares with other coats. I got this brand for my son because other tradesmen recommended the brand to me.     • Pretty warm overall.
When the pockets are turned on, they seem to be pretty warm. The other heated panels I don’t really feel when wearing this coat. The coat does offer resistance to wind. For the money I would have thought the heated panels would be warmer.

I bought this for my son who is a diesel mechanic. He often does roadside calls in all weather conditions. This coat is very comfortable and extremely durable. It keeps him warm which makes mom happy!

It doesn’t heat up hardly at all so to me was a total waste of money. Thought this would be good for him with this cancer, but I even put it on when he wore it for like a half hour to see if just maybe his senses were off and it barely got warm. Totally worthless and horrible. Wouldn’t recommend

This is the second jacket I purchased. The first one was an unknown brand that stated it fit a 42 inch waist. Men's 2XL. It didn't. I was thrilled with this product, it fit as advertised and looks to be very well made. My husband has only had it for a couple days but is excited to try it out.
