I have both 1/2 and 3/8 as pictured. Pros: super light weight and small in hand. Get easly into tight spaces and got a reasonable torque. Cons: 3/8 is not strong enough and the 1/2 inch got a locking pin which you have to press every time to release the socket out of it.

    • Lot's of power for a stubby!
Has worked in just about all uses. There are some situation that will require the larger high torque but this little gun has met the challenge. The size works well in the wheel well of cars when removing and installing parts.

    • Lots of grunt!
My previous Milwaukee impact driver, #2462-22, was pretty much worn out from driving TapCon anchors. I bought this to replace it, and, at over 3 times the torque, the anchors drive much more readily! This tool is light, not much bigger than the 1/4" impact driver, and still uses the M12 batteries. It'll draw enough current from the battery under heavy load that the battery will overheat, and shut off. I'm happy with my purchase. ... show more

    • I bought this gun because of its size and power... I love it
This gun does a great job, it has just as much power as most plug in 1/2" guns and its size gets in a lot of tight areas. I work on power plants and the gun sees a lot of action and a lot of abuse, but it keeps on going. I would recommend it for sure.

I used this stubby all the time , already have the bigger brother . Great tool spins my lug nut off no problem. The only thing is I would have bought the ring instead of the pin, with the pin sometime socket get stuck on the impact.
