I had been shopping for a new mattress since July and visited several stores without finding anything that felt right. The positive reviews and 90‑day return policy convinced me to take a chance on a mattress I hadn’t tested in person, and I’m glad I did. The mattress felt a little softer than I expected at first (it’s described as “medium firm”), but it has been incredibly comfortable. I’ve been sleeping great for three months, and the “DreamCloud” name really fits the feel. Cooling: If you’re a naturally warm sleeper like me, this may not dramatically change that. Even with organic bedding, I still sleep warm, so results may vary. So far it’s holding its shape perfectly—no sagging or dips. For reference, I’m 5'3" and 130 lbs. This is a big improvement over the permanent body dents I experienced with my old Tempur‑Pedic. There was zero odor when unboxed, took only a few hours to decompress and I was able to sleep on it the same day it arrived. I’m very pleased with the quality and comfort so far. I was skeptical and researched a lot because it is a big purchase and a major inconvenience should it not work out, but I'm happy to report that my wife is sleeping very well - her back issues are gone and I'm pretty happy with it also. I should mention however that we're not heavy people, I'm tall and about 220lb so not light, but not overweight and my wife is around 120lb? Also in terms of comfort, it is nice - you lay on it and you feel the mattress giving you the right support whilst feeling comfortable and enjoyable. When my wife moves I can barely feel her movement - so that's another nice thing.

It's comfortable but was a bit too firm. I weigh 180 lbs and my hips sank down a bit too far. I bought a Niagara sleep solutions ultra soft mattress topper/ cover, and it fixed everything. It's now the most comfortable bed I ever slept on.

Update! Two months in and very satisfied. The mattress alone solved 90% of my pain, but I got greedy and went for 100%! I found the answer in the viscosoft 2 inch gel foam topper and a bamboo padded topper on that to help with cooling. That plus this mattress has me pain free every night and I sleep easily on my back. I need a catapult to get into the thing but it’s worth the trip 😊. didn’t know a mattress could be so life changing. I’m in my 60s with some arthritis in my hips and shoulders. I also struggle with back pain issues. I am a reformed stomach sleeper as I know that’s tough on my back. I have been sleeping on a Nest Alexander Signature medium firm for 8 years. I actually thought it was fine until I tried this. This is soft yet supportive. As soon as I lay down I feel instantly comfortable and ready for sleep… even on my back which is wonderful. I weight about 155 and am 5’ 9” for reference. It truly feels like heaven to me. I’m glad I spent a day doing mattress research

The company honored our request on the first mattress we purchased, the Premium 13". We bought it this February, 2025, but were struggling with it being too high, and also the edge was not supportive. Both of us slipped off, and we are older (ages 68 and 78), so that's not good! Although we loved the mattress, we decided it wasn't safe for us. Dream Cloud honored their one year return policy even though we were 8 months into it! We did have to explain the reasons for returning it, but that's reasonable. Within 3 days, they had a company come get it, no charge, and the return was verified immediately via email. We received the money back a few days later in the form of a virtual Mastercard. We then used that to order the Dream Cloud Classic Hybrid 12". It was supposed to have good edge support. It arrived within 2 days. It is wonderful! A little more firm, which actually we like better, and the edge support is perfect! Conclusion: Dream Cloud is a great, honest, reliable company with high quality mattresses. We would definitely buy through them again!

It was very soft and not firm but first month the coils still held my body straight, but after a month you get back pain and hips aren’t too supported, i feel back pain every time i sleep on my side, i am 140lbs and i wish jt was firmer, it definitely doesn’t feel medium firm at all, so its not bad but its just not for me since i was looking for something medium firm and something i can sleep on my side sometimes
