If you are not able to spend $4,000 on a live sonar setup but would like to have one then your in luck. This is not the best but it works, the beam is small and you have to be precise when you aim it but does the job. You will need a pole for it because the small beam makes using it mounted to your trolling motor very diffucult, not impossible but very hard ... show more

I am thoroughly impressed with this unit. This is my first livescope unit and I am seeing things underwater that are creating new places to fish. Seeing structure with fish swimming around it is changing my fishing, I have watched them chase my bait and eat it. For a great easy to setup and use unit (no black box needed) look no further than this affordable livescope unit!! You won’t regret it.. just be sure to watch videos out there for dialing it in.. it will be worth it.. my only complaint is it doesn’t come with a screen cover.. but for the price, just add one to your cart.. ... show more

Very impressed for the money. Biggest draw back is both live sonar and 2d sonar struggle to mark a lure down past 60ft while ice fishing with the supplied transducer.
