thank god i didnt have to put it together lol my brother wanted to do it for our kids it took him 3 days to build it with minimal help. kids love it only issue i have with it is the slide is super steep the kids fly off of it and hit the ground. i tried raising it up with some boards to make it less steep but that didnt work very well they came off it just as fast but had to fall even further lol but they are kids and will grow they are 2, 7 and 7 its fun to watch them tho lol ... show more

    • Confusing instructions, missing hardware

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had putting something together. It took 3 knowledgeable people, 3 days to put this together. Some parts of the directions are clear, others not at all. It’s like the instruction manual was put together by different people and just thrown together. So many holes didn’t line up, and we flat out didn’t receive the blister pack for the slide. The hardware is cheap and in many cases too short for the intended purpose. It was so much harder than it needed to be. If I had known how ridiculous it would be than I wouldn’t have gotten it. The intended screws for the ladder are too wide and won’t fit in the holes, not even with a drill. The hardware just strips. Trying to find screws that actually fit for that now. No blister pack for the slide at all. On its face it doesn’t seem impossible but once you start putting it together and things aren’t lining up or the hardware is just barely long enough to connect with the other pieces so it takes 10 minutes just to get one screw in and secured. It just didn’t have to be this way. They could have provided better instructions and illustrations throughout the manual, not just in some parts and all the hardware should be quality. The directions are overwhelming. Instead of separating out the different languages, they have three languages for each step. You need to have all the right tools, so read ahead. The assembly took two guys familiar with building stuff about 9 hours. However, it is very safe and the kids love it!

My husband was able to put it together by himself over the course of about 2 or 3 days! Definitely needed some help with holding things together, but beyond that this is an amazing playset! Very sturdy, great quality, and the kids love it!

playground was delivered as scheduled. Great quality which a plus for the amount of money you're spending. Assembly was fairly easy I suggest using the app when building and you will also need multiple people to help you build. Overall great product would recommend.
