This phone is great. Big screen, great color saturation, superb camera. The only drawback is the battery does not last as long as other phones I have owned. I get about 13 hours max with it. If you game alot or watch a lot of videos you will need an extra battery. The battery in this phone is removable. You can do things to save battery life like lower the screen brightness, change the way your location is read, turn off your data when not in use, but you still won't get the battery life of some other phones. But the things to love outweigh the battery length. Too numerous to mention all, but more memory is a big bonus, plus you can add a memory card for even more storage. A micro sd card is what you will need. The camera is the best I have ever seen on a phone. You can code a tap pattern to turn on your screen. Just so many things...buy it, you will love it. I bought mine refurbished and have had no problems whatsoever. Best money I have spent all year.

I have seriously never been so upset about a product, that I have received from Amazon, like this one. I purchased this phone because the IPhone 4 I had for five years was finally starting to show it's age. I am the type of person who takes care of their phones and because of doing so, I am able to keep the phone for years. When I got this phone in June it was absolutely amazing! It worked perfectly! The only thing I was bummed about was that it did not come with an SD card but that was only a minor irritation. If I had done a review on it then, like everyone else I would have given it five stars. However this past week everything has went to crap. My phone has the same manufacturing issue most G4's did in the first batch of them. If you don't know what this means, it means that the phone just stops working and gets stuck on a booting screen for the rest of the little guy's life. There is literally nothing you can do for it. It's just toast from there on. I was looking at posts online about it and there was a few posts about serial numbers and how you can tell if your phone will have a problem if you look at the first three numbers. My first three were "508" which was on the list. I am so mad and I feel SO scammed at this point. I have wasted 200.00 on a phone that I used for two months!

The phone is great, but the battery is terrible. Very limited life. Even in sleep mode all day, the battery is depleted by the end of the day or sooner. Disappointed with battery. If battery was satisfactory, I would have given 5 stars.

I have had this phone for 6 months and it has been nothing but buggy. The camera has never worked right. IT has never held a charge for more than a few hours and now apps are not running and it reboots every 5 minutes. The operating system is clearly crashing and I will have to buy a new one. Whoever refurbished this did not do it right.

Loving this Phone. I had the G3 and I remember loving that phone when I had it. phone is amazingly fast, I'm not a camera guy or oi tire taker at all. But THIS CSMERA IS FRICKIN' AMAZING!!! Put it this way, the front facing camera, is 8MP!!!!! That's better than some phones rear facing camera!!!!! The phone is fast and smooth and quick to open up applications, applications have never crashed while using them. Tons of storage space. This phone is a 10 out 10 for design, ease of use performance and quality. The phone feels AMAZING in your hand without the case. I have the otterbox symmetry. Apparently it's the smallest case otter box sells, and man this thing is awesome too. Fits perfectly and the phone is no where near as bulky as some of the other otterbox cases tend to make phones. Got it for 20 bucks! These things go for $49.99 in stores or on the website or anywhere else! The phone is amazing and is EASILY a 10 out of 10 in each of the categories I mentioned earlier. I really do recommend this phone to anyone looking to get a phone, and doesn't have an upgrade available, or doesn't have 500 to buy a newer/newly released phone.

Love my new phone, but off course no phone is prefect. After having it a little over a week (upgraded from a G3), my biggest complaint so far is that the camera has trouble focusing on close- range objects for a good quality picture. The front facing camera is noticeably better quality than the previous G3, and overall, I really like this phone.

Took the gamble & bought it used. Got it amazingly cheap. Like brand new. I was shocked that it has 58 hours of lifetime calls. It looks like it came right out of the box. Running 6.0. I was sceptical after having the G3. Updated that to 5.1 & bricked it. Overall, Im very happy with it. It was delivered very quickly, and just some very light scratches on the back, normal wear. I would certainly recommend it. I would certainly buy it again.

The phone arrived on time and the phone looks "cosmetically" great. I unboxed the item to charge it, it immediately started "boot looping". this is where the phone keeps vibrating like it is going to start up and keep restarting but never actually boots up. This leads me to believe this phone was not tested before being shipped to me. I then proceeded to google "boot loop LG G4" and whoa, there seems to be thousands of people complaining about this specific phone and this specific problem. So many that a class action lawsuit is going on. This is definitely not the sellers fault by any means. But I feel that if they would have just plugged the phone in and tried to charge it, they would have realized the phone was bricked. I returned it got my money back. I'm not sure what kind of quality control these phones go through but I don't think my phone was checked.
