When the cabinets got here, they were not fully assembled. That was not said in the description They were in good condition. The hooks to hook them together are too small. Contacted the seller and they said it was involved in an accident during delivery, but only gave me $40 back to compensate the damages. The media could not be loaded. One of two was received damaged. Dings/dents and the bottom drawer is a little tough to pull open, but you can see he can. This is a Christmas gift and the recipient is still pleased to have the product. Packaging was not damaged, just the one of the tool chests was sadly.     • This is a good cabinet for LIGHTWEIGHT tools - not meant for industrial use
These are highly affordable units, but they are not designed for heavy use or for holding heavy tools like hammers and mechanics tools. Probably fine for small shops with lightweight tools. I had a problem with one of the cabinets, and sent it back for a refund. I did gave to go back and forth with the company a couple of times, but they did come through with a satisfactory proposal that allowed me to keep the one cabinet, which I will use for small tools. ... show more
