I bought this for my sister to be able to get around her one acre of land without experiencing a lot of pain. The only problem we had with it was that one brake caliper was dragging the ground and the bolts were missing. I scrounged up two bolts and put it back in place and it has worked fine since then. She has had no trouble with it. But be aware that UPS will deliver the paperwork first and then say that the cart was delivered. Give it a couple of days to wait for the actual cart to show up.

The media could not be loaded. Perfect size and speed for my needs. Easy to operate. Arrived in four days and not a marker blemish. One improvement, the buckle side of the seatbelt could be a bit longer. I can use a seatbelt extender.

The media could not be loaded. This cutie arrived timely already put together without any dents or scratches. I paid additional $349 for canopy and windshield. Very simple to operate no major features. A week after delivery the price went down ton$2500. Two small /thin adults can ride side by side or one on the back. It does not exceed 9 or 10 mph. We use it to ride around fairgrounds, parks or to get around car and truck show grounds. It breaks down enough to fit in a Tahoe for transport. Requires 2 strong people. Recommend if you use it for recreation or private property. I did not get delivered the color I ordered purple instead they sent hot pink. Customer service forget.

Arrived fully assembled, including the optional canopy. Everything worked, but there were several slight abrasions on body, but none that affect overall appearance. If storage size is an issue this works out better than a full-size cart. Will fit two adults if slim in front seat, or adult and child easily. Bought for transportation around off-grid cabin. Put a couple of miles on it first few days; ride is a little better than riding mower. Very quiet and can easily go up steep hills. Only complaint thus far is no response from customer service regarding a question. (Owner' manual and warning sticker say maximum charge is 10 hours, yet adjacent warning sticker says keep hooked up to charger when not in use) 9/10

I really like this Mini Golf Cart and I think it is going to be perfect for my needs. It actually arrived 2 days after I ordered it, a lot sooner than expected. Only problem is, the battery charger that comes with it did not work. I called and emailed warranty department several times. Overall communication was not so good, but they did eventually send me a replacement charger, it just took a few weeks.

I bought this vehicle for my mother for her birthday and had the freight company break two. The manufacturer worked with me every step of the way. The machine is also high quality, very nice chassis, disk brakes, nice paint job, lithium iron phosphate battery. So far everything’s been better than expected.

Broken immediately off the crate. Literally opened once to full size and is now stuck that way. Called company, 0 interest in assisting you get it fixed, just send you to a warranty page. No matter what they reply here, they didn't assist at all. Once using the (stuck open) cart, brakes seized immediately after a short ride and did not allow cart to go forward or backwards unless motor basically used full power, draining battery from 70 to 30 in a matter of minutes. Battery sag and drain on this cart is crazy- a 38AH battery for something this size with a 1000w motor will never work. You will think that it'll get maybe half the miles listed and that you'll be fine, but you won't. You might get 5 miles. This should not be the case on a 3 day old cart, no matter what the company may reply to this. You may also think that you'll get a better one, or you won't have issues, or that yours will be better (and lets face it, you're most likely looking at this like I was because of the ability to get it into a mid-size SUV) so you feel you have little to no other choices, but just save your time, money and effort. This product is going to just be problem after problem for you as it was for me, as you have no return choices and Amazon won't help you once you do. Save your money, and sanity.
