This can put chiropractors out of business! After spending $3000 one summer on a chiropractor, and then getting this fabulous thing for less than $200, it’s worth its weight in gold. Just a few minutes can make all the difference. Especially at night before going to bed. Just allow yourself to go limp like a wet noodle and relax. You could almost fall asleep on this thing. It’s a gentle stretch on your spine and if you go to bed right afterward, you wake in the morning, feeling better than you normally would if you hadn’t used it. The inversion table is sturdy and went together easily. It feels very stable. The angle adjustments give a wide range to choose from. I do wish the head section could extend a little farther for my 6'7" body.

I love it now that it's put together, but that was the very difficult part. It arrives in pieces and there was no way I could put this together on my own. Pieces weren't numbered either which made it difficult to identify them.
