I used 4 "blue ice" type freezer packs and also froze half of the bottled water I took along on my camping trip. At the end of the 4.5 days, there was still lots of ice in the bottled waters. None of my food got warm, the other drinks were still cold, and there was only a small amount of condensation at the bottom of the cooler at the end of the trip.
