This is my third pair of Hey Dudes shoes. The first two have been worn almost every day for the last year, they are so comfortable. I was at my wits end, plantar issues. Walking felt like my soles were being sliced off with a razor blade. I watched videos of stretching exercises showing people flexing their arches, but I was wearing stiff soles with arch supports- zero flex. So I tried these as they flex like the guy doing the exercises on that video site. I was desperate and hoping that walking with these shoes, and my feet flexing would do more good than harm. No arch support, I have flat feet and supports were causing pain, banging into my arches. Within a few weeks, the pain subsided and within a month, was gone. 9+ months of pain, GONE. My feet flex in a natural feeling way, the shoes holding up great and feeling like slippers. So I bought this pair on sale here as I needed a pair in tan. If you like stiff soled shoes and high arch 'supports' these aint it. If you want shoes that flex and feel like slippers, you just might like them as I do. BTW they wash easily too.
