I've used this product for years and believe it is effective. However, the pump bottle is difficult for people with arthritis, etc. I almost quit using it because of the design change... increase your price if needed, but don't put this in a pump container

Something is different besides the bottle look. Smells different. Doesn’t work as well as it used to but still a little new hair growth, just not as much as it did before it changed. Miss the old version!

I’ve been using this for a week now and OMG. I actually have extensions and they usually get very matted. This shampoo had my hair looking brand new. Very soft and such a nice finish after styling. The shampoo bottle came leaking. When opened, the shampoo was less than half full. It was so pricey for the size, and it’s so sad it came basically empty
