Built with a combination cement and San Crispino construction, the upper is crafted from full-grain SPR leather and features twin gore panels and nylon pull tabs for an easy on of the boot. The steel toe cap is Ergo-Fit, which simply means it's designed to match the shape of your foot, allowing more toe room without compromising protection. This slip on steel toe Chelsea boot meets ASTM 2413 impact and compression standards. Inside is lined in mesh and equipped with the Georgia Waterproof System. It prevents muck or water from seeping in when working in wet conditions. Additionally, you'll find the removable AMP (Advanced Memory Polyurethane) insole. A layer of polyurethane topped with memory foam for premium comfort all day long. The oil, slip, chemical, heat and abrasion resistant rubber outsole includes an EVA midsole to cushion and a wide TPU Shovel Shank for added durability. It meets the electrical hazard standards outlined by ASTM F2413 for protective toe footwear. Designed for rugged performance and supreme comfort, the Eagle One collection is a great choice for outdoor work.

These run big. I can wear a 10.5-11 in a boot and the 10.5 is still pretty roomy. I went with the 10.5 wide fit, which I normally need. I have these boots in 10.5 wide and 11, and they both fit the same - a little big/long. I like the boots and they feel comfortable all day plus they’re easy to take on and off. After wearing work boots my entire life, I tried Georgia Boots. They felt solid and comfortable. So, I bought 4 pairs! Over the last 2 years.... these boots have proven to be absolutely pathetic and disgusting. They look and feel GREAT for the first week. But, just average desk job (and walking to my truck in the parking lot) makes these boots look old and worn within a week. That's fine. But the WORST thing I have ever seen is the SMELL. Within 2 months (sitting at a desk)... No sweating... they begin to smell like concentrated, pungent CAT PEE. We have no cats. What the heck? So, I looked it up. YEP.... cheaply made foam, cushion, and shoe insoles emit a urea smell when heated. THERE'S NO WASHING OR CLEANING THAT WILL REMOVE THE URINE SMELL. So, I have worn each pair for a few months before I start smelling like cat urine... then I throw them away and open my next pair. The cycle has continued for the last 8 months and THREE pairs of boots. I'm down to my last pair. And it's been 8 months. It's pathetic. I bought, worn, and threw away 3 pairs in 8 months. STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU ENJOY SMELLING LIKE CONCENTRATED URINE. ... show more

Firstly it seemed like a well built heavy duty shoe and I would have liked to try it out, but..... It was steel toe, nowhere in the ad's description did it say that... I even had the wife reread the ad. Seems to me that would have been the primary selling feature worthy of mention?

The boot is well-made and durable. Has a good quality leather outer shell with a composite toe. I work in an industrial warehouse as a maintenance tech, and the boot has held up well for me thus far. However, since it is a slip-on shoe, it tends to fit a little loose, sometimes causing you to shuffle your feet a bit. So I would suggest maybe a 1/2 size smaller. ... show more
