Once again, showed up looking like it was dropped off a building. The box had multiple holes and dents. The fact that Amazon would leave it at my door is concerning. Where is the quality control for shipping larger items? Why would this ever be acceptable??? As far as the product, Gearwrench’s toolbox seems well made, is priced reasonably and I’ve been impressed with all my Gearwrench purchases. If only Amazon would not destroy all these tool boxes because of horrible shipping standards and practices. Update: I’m now on my second return and waiting on my third toolbox. The last shipping box was in better shape but it was still dented up inside. I will update this review once I get a decent toolbox that isn’t destroyed. I hope someone at Amazon is reading these and does something about it. With all the problems we have with garbage polluting our planet, it’s so irresponsible to destroy brand new items and send them straight to the dump by ruining them during delivery, or in the warehouse, or wherever they are all being damaged. Update 2: Third attempt to ship was lost in the mail. I am giving up. Amazon is not able to ship large items effectively. Update 3: The fourth box arrived in good condition. In addition to the tool box arriving damaged, the dimensions on the website were not correct. The website description states that it is 44" long, 26" wide and 22" high. The actual dimensions are 41" long, 18" wide and 23" high. I bought the box for the width of 26" however it was 8" less and I could not fit my tool trays in the way I expected. The damage to the box was not worth returning and taking the chance that the next tool box would be in worse condition. Other that that, it seems well built and sturdy. ... show more

Drawers are nice and the drawer locks work well. Drawers pull easily and hold a lot without getting dragged down. Showed up dented on a corner and fixed it because I didn't feel like bothering to return it.
