We killed our other microwave last month. I had toyed with getting an air fryer but we don't have much counter space. Enter the AirFry/Microwave combos. I grabbed this one because of the many things it does and the many fine reviews. It measures up to all its tasks. The microwave function itself has come a long way. So even cooking and quiet. Love that the turntable is connected to a piece that is attached to the bottom. No more having the turntable flopping off until you get it lined up with those little nubs. It has less power than our previous microwave but it cooks faster and much more evenly. I just tried the air fry setting and it is a new world.. Perhaps all of them cook chicken breast pieces to this level of tenderness but I was amazed at the flavor and how crisp they were after 5 minutes. I have not tried the broil feature yet nor have I tried toast. That heat element does work with the air fryer so I will assume it has those things well. I guess since it has the brroiler feature that that is why it has the extra insulation. Very easy to clean after it has been on. One good surprise after another. Quiet and competent. The only thing I would have liked would have been some kind of manual to use if you have never done convection or air fry. I would also add what others have added: the controls are a bit hard to see. This thing works GREAT! And SO easy to use!! I’ve used the air fryer twice now and was blown away by how this thing goes from microwave to air fryer and how well it works! Reheated pizza in the air fryer came out WAY better than the oven and was ready in 3 minutes! No preheating! The microwave works great too! Heats evenly, quickly and quietly. It looks nice too. My only complaint is that the stainless isn’t finger print resistant but it works so good I don’t even care. Definitely worth it!! 5 stars. Would definitely recommend. Update: I’ve had this almost a year now and it still works great!! Love the air fryer!! We use it at least a couple times a week and the microwave every day. Highly recommend!! Second update: we’ve had this two years now and I still love it!! When I picked this, my husband was adamant that it would not work. He felt it was too gimmicky and no way could a 3 in 1 do all three things well. I am happy to report that he was WRONG. I use the air fryer minimum 4 times a week and the microwave several times delay and it switches between both functions perfectly. It’s still working as well as the first day I got it. I have limited counter space in my kitchen so a separate air fryer that sat out on the counter wasn’t option for me. I have a convection oven so I didn’t really think it was necessary but the air fryer is much quicker. Perfect to reheat items you don’t want to get soggy in a pinch. I needed to replace my old microwave, and in comparing features and prices I came cross this model. Not only did it tick all the boxes (easy to use, good features & reviews), it also works as an air fryer and convection oven. I don’t have a big kitchen, so having a micro with all these features was a plus. The manufacturer website linked on Amazon had great videos and explanations on how to use the oven, too. This microwave is compact and sleek. The microwave works well, and I finally got the courage to try the air fryer feature and it was great. This oven comes with two racks and a no-stick pan. Another reviewer remarked that the control pad is not backlit, making it necessary to use your phone light if it’s dark. I have to agree. Backlighting that pad would make this a perfect review.     • My microwave is better than yours.

I've been using it 2-3 times a week for about 3 months and it has exceeded my expectations. 5 star review because this thing actually does everything it says it does! Who'd've thunk? You can safely purchase this. It's even easier to use than the YouTube videos would have you think. (Mostly because it's just a very reliable microwave with a capable toaster oven built in. The future is now.) I had a smaller competent LG microwave and a countertop Black & Decker convection oven (aka toaster oven with a fan) that may as well have been my brother. The microwave died. I was reluctant to get rid of my trusty Black & Decker along with the old microwave to make counter space for this but it was absolutely worth it. A couple of other reviews mention taking your time and slowly working your way through the different modes. Excellent advice. The following are test results in order of my experiencing them: Popcorn button test: 100% Nails it across multiple brands. Blindly adding time to reheat pizza test: 100% Nothing caught fire and the pizza was evenly heated. Pizza reheat button: 100% *chef's kiss* Potato button(!?): 100% Everybody needs to know how to microwave a potato. It's healthier, tastier, and more cost effective than ramen. And potatoes rule! If you weren't raised with the ancestral knowledge of microwaving potatoes, this microwave has it. Using the pre-programmed thawing for frozen meat, and bread: 95% This is never an ideal thawing method but it works really well here. Nothing was actually cooked and everything was evenly thawed. "Air fry" some frozen nuggets (from frozen): 100% Sometimes you need those nuggets from the red bag and this has your crispy childhood craving covered. Broil some diy English muffin pizzas: 100% AGAIN! Why not microwave a mini pizza? The bread gets soggy. Why not bake it? In a small convection oven like this the toppings may blow around. I hope you have learned something. "Baking" a 9x9 enchilada casserole for 30min at 350°: 100% Good grief! I was very hesitant to even attempt this but the oven in my apartment is a joke and it's summer. The cooking time and temp fell within the capabilities listed in the microwave instructions. Followed the microwave instructions for convection cooking and it came out great. Cheese bubbled on the edges, brown on top, and evenly cooked. Took it to a party. Microwaving a 16oz frozen lasagna: 100%...just because you can doesn't mean you should. Thanks for reading! If you're at all interested in it, just buy it. You'll enjoy the thrill of having an appliance that delivers on its promises and your accompanyimg sense of superiority. ... show more
