There are 2 that have locking mechanisms on them. I placed mine in the MIDDLE of the board. Maybe others are placing those 2 lock-wheels on the EDGE of the board? Maybe that has nothing to do with it, I don't know. I haven't tried it with the wheels placed at the edge, because I like the effect of having it swivel from the middle when I lock it.) This is a great little table I keep it next to my office desk to set paper or books on when I need to clear space also with lower shelves I am able to store a couple thins to make more room on my desk. Has wheels which is nice to move it around and was easy to put together .

It’s cool it all snaps together super easy to put together wish all furniture was this easy to put together! , looks like a real table that was screwed and everything can’t even tell it was just a snap together table , if you just need a little table to put random stuff on it’s good , I wouldn’t use it in a living room next to a couch or anything though definitely need something more fancy and official for that I just bought this to put my PlayStation on top of it , it does the job , good product for the price it’s nice that it comes with 2 as well definitely worth it ... show more

This is a great table! I gave one to my son and we both assembled it together, he then started to put his stuff under his table. This was useful because my son needed a place to put all his toys. I was delighted to be able to put it together in 15 min, but my husb was so sure Id need his help, it also gave me a cheery afternoon. I had to rearrange my bedroom, but i needed to do that last month. So this is a keeper for a short 78 yr old woman with horrible knees.
