This is a great little freezer that really holds a lot of food. It has a nice narrow build to it so it doesn't take up a lot of room. Mine arrived with a little bit of damage. Some of the letters on the name had fallen off and a slight dent in it. We have it for extra storage in the basement so I didn't need to return it since no one is seeing it but us. I did receive a discount for the damage which was very appreciated. We didn't notice any significant jump in our electric bill from it and I haven't noticed any sound coming from the freezer. It is a nice addition to store our extra food.

The freezer came with little evident damage to the packaging, and a surprising amount of denting, even a hole in the side (though not all the way through). I expected that might happen based on other reviews. It's going in my garage so I'll live with it - I'm sure not going to try to ship it back. It works just as described. Most of the bad reviews deal with shipping damage or the fact that it is manual defrost - read the description people! Yes, a little extra work every so often, but it costs less to run, is quieter, maintains a more even temperature, and doesn't create freezer burn nearly as fast as the self defrosting larger freezers. If the size is right for, I think you'll like it!

The first 6–7 weeks with this freezer were great, but after that problems started showing up. Food began to get frosty, shelves would accumulate frost, and items would stick to them. I made sure the door was properly closed and even cleaned it thoroughly following the manufacturer’s instructions. Still, the same issue came back after about 4.5–5 weeks. The next time, I took extra care to ensure all foods were completely dry before placing them in the freezer. Unfortunately, the frost buildup returned again in roughly the same time frame. At this point, it has become a frustrating routine, which should not be the case for a brand-new freezer. On the positive side, the unit looks great, runs quietly, and it does freeze food effectively. However, the constant frost buildup is unacceptable and very inconvenient. Overall, I’m not satisfied with its performance despite its good looks and low noise.——- Update 12/26/2025 Do Not Buy this Freezer. Nothing but frosty items cleaning- pain and time and money wasted - I need to trash this and buy something else - the return window is not enough to get a full grasp of how it works -

Despite comments this freezer ices up quickly, I purchased one. Sure enough, after 2 days the inside was full of ice. However, I have solved this problem. The icing occurs because warm air is attracted to cold air and when the seal does not seat well to the frame, ice is formed. A simple solution solved the problem. I inserted a piece of paper between the seal and the metal frame and moved it up and down until I located an area where there was no friction and that indicated where the warm air was invading the freezer. Next I used a hair dryer to soften the seal where the leak was noted on both the inside and outside of the seal. This took about 3 minutes. When the seal was softened, i gently pull the seal apart and then closed the door. The whole project took less than 10 minutes. After one week, still no ice on the inside of the freezer and everything is working great! Although it was probably not part of the problem, I removed the plastic cover from the outside of the freezer which also covered the part of the frame where the seal met the frame.

Quiet running, using as under counter extra space freezer. The freezer was deluvered on time was & securely boxed to be delivered intact. Very happy with quality & size, replacing our prior 20+yr freezer. We use the piece of cabinet filler wood for the space between freezer & countertop.
