We've only used this once on our weekend 'gl'amping trip last week, but it installed easily and seemed to work well. We didn't really need it for this trip because it was pretty cool and partly cloudy most of the weekend. We were mostly giving it a trial run. It does seem well made and seemed to handle the (fairly strong) wind pretty well. The added feel of privacy was nice. It is nice that you can un-zip the lower part quickly if a high wind (storm) is expected, and that the upper part rolls up nicely with the awning when you retract it. I gave it 4 stars in durability and value because I don't feel I can give an objective rating on that until we use it more, especially when it is hot and sunny.

The media could not be loaded. I enjoy sitting outside, and this screen is great for blocking the sun and glare when I'm on my computer. My husband had to add a Velcro holder for the awning's top zipper. There was no place to slide the feature in on our awning. As I'm writing this review, the wind is blowing like crazy, but the Carefree Of Colorado HD Awning Stabilizer Pole Kit - Awning Pole & Tie Down Kit - RV Awning Support & Accessories we ordered keeps it nicely in place. We had some rough winds and lost the supports one time, but the screen just fell to the ground and wasn't damaged.

Well, it came with 1 stake and one bungy missing. Has 5 anchor holes but only 4 sets. Other than that, easy to install and works Perfect.

The awning itself is good and really like it. But the center grommet fell out of the first one I purchased. Then got a replacement and it's doing the same thing before I even try to use it. Same grommet location. Guess the manufacturing process isn't right for that grommet. I will come up with something. These are needed to anchor the outer edge down.
