We were so unsure of ordering an online mattress. Decided to give it a go and glad we did. You will need help to bring package in...surprisingly heavy. Unwrapping was simple, give yourself plenty of room. No funky smell. Directions say to let mattress lay for 24 or so hours, which we did. One corner didn't inflate as quickly, but eventually did. So far it has no sagging or indents from sleeping on. In my opinion, this is a fairly firm mattress. So far so good! Pretty fair price compared to others.

THEY WANTED ALL SORTS OF PHOTOS TO VERIFY THE PRODUCT BEING DEFECTIVE...I WAS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT SEVERAL PHOTOS TWICE BECAUSE THEY SAID I DIDNT FOLLOW THEIR PROCESS FOR SUBMITTING PHOTOS... ALSO THEY WANT HIGH QUALITY IMAGES, BUT HAVE A 10MB IMAGE UPLOAD MAXIMUM!!! SO YOU ARE STUCK SENDING 1-2 HIGH RESOLUTION PHOTOS AT A TIME... THEN IF THEY DEEM IT A VALID COMPLAINT, THEY OFFER YOU ANOTHER (PROBABLY DEFECTIVE) MATTRESS AS A REPLACEMENT... YOU CAN NOT RETURN THE BED AT ALL!!!
