I personally buy threads for friendship bracelets and not embroidering. These are slightly rougher than normal DMC 6 thread skeins but that makes it easier to handle when making bracelets. There are so many beautiful colors that I worry about running out since there is not any listed color number or equivalent on them. Not every color has the same number of skeins (between 2-4). So this is a good product, and I have no issue with it. My issue with this order was that I selected one address and Amazon shipped it to my main address instead. I'm 100% sure I selected the other address, triple checked and everything. No idea, but it's nothing to do with the actual product's quality. They arent the top of the line, but they work exactly the same for projects that arent top of the line type things. I've noticed that a few people thought this was the DMC thread because that's what it says on the tag, but looking at the image will tell you otherwise. This is not by any means DMC thread. It is Prism thread, as it says, and it is MADE IN CHINA. a quick look at the image with the magnifying glass will show that the wraps on the thread skeins say made in china. ... show more

I bought the jumbo pack for friendship bracelets and I love the color options! My bracelets have come out so beautiful. If you want a whole lot of very colorful thread to make bracelets with, this is the stuff! It’s not very high quality but you can’t tell in a bracelet!
