Description

This brushless small cordless angle grinder requires no time changing brushes, and offers a longer motor life. DEWALT cordless grinder offers a high level of protection. Its break stops the wheel in 2 seconds or less. The Kickback Break engages maximum force to stop the wheel when there is a pinch, stall, or bind- up to reduce kickback. The grinder will also shut off in those events to further protect the user. Battery and charger are sold separately.

Doesn't get better than Dewalt. Dewalt always tops my list of well designed, well built equipment that's affordable for the DIYer as well as the professional. One of my most used Dewalt tools. I bought it for cutting bricks for a new patio but it has so many more uses. The arbor/nut with include allen wrench makes it easy to change out cutting wheels. Doesn't seem to use battery power excessively either.

If you need an inexpensive legitimate DeWalt angle grinder this one does the job. I’m invested in the DeWalt 20V platform and needed an angle grinder for a specific job at the house. This was within my price range and did the job demo’ing some stuff around the house.

Either you're a fan of Dewalt or not. I have never had a problem with their products and so far this one has given me no issue as well. I have numerous Dewalt and non-Dewalt knock off batteries and they work well with this tool. Lack of a power cord makes it easier to work with, and has plenty of power. Weight is about the same as a corded angle grinder but it fits better in the hand with the design. As anyone who has used a grinder can tell you, the handle attachment is a love or hate item, depends on the job you're doing.
