I got this product as a first timeer in the vending machine space. I didn't really know what to expect but this machine works pretty seamlessly. The technology is pretty accurate. With similar items (like bags of chips with similar colors) it can get confused but overall I would say this is a pretty minor issue. I have been using my machine for over 9 months and I have made thousands of dollars in sales. The fact that customers can open it and grab as many items as they want really help to increase the average sale price. Most people grab 2 or 3 items if not more.

The media could not be loaded. These are fantastic machines! I am new to the vending industry and decided to go with the most modern option available so an AI Smart Cooler was the way to go. After researching, comparing prices, and customer service available i choose to go with HAHA vending and I'm very glad that I did. I have bought another one since this one in Sept and about to place an order for a third one.

After a shipping delay, I finally received the vending machine and connected it to the app. I then moved it to the location and stocked it, only to find out afterward that new machines come in Demo Mode by default. I was never informed of this, and it is not mentioned anywhere in the handbook. Customer service has to remove Demo Mode for you, but when I contacted them, they were unable to take my machine out of it. That left me with a fully stocked machine at a live location that could not actually be used. I had to temporarily freeze the machine to prevent customers from tapping their cards and receiving products for free, since the machine will dispense items without charging if it remains in Demo Mode. That is also not clearly explained anywhere. On top of that, I strongly recommend buying spring-loaded shelf inserts. Without them, stocking anything other than drinks or box-shaped items is a hassle. At this point, the only positives I can give are that the install process was easy and the machine looks good.

I’ve purchased 3 of them. They work well within the vending business. The third party shipping company is unimpressive. Otherwise, I like the ease of managing this brand of machines.

First two months it did not work and temperature control was not cooling filed complaints and after spending hours remote team sent the parts and we had to replace it. Plus every month it charges more than $60 as transaction fee, service fee card fee, AI fee etc. In short it’s not worth it

We recently purchased this AI vending machine for our salon, and it has been awesome.
