The three-piece design features beveled corners to reduce drag with a 7 mm center arch and a 25 mm rolled ramp tail kick. Like all of our traction pads, it features foam and marine-grade 3M adhesive.

Tail end was wide for my pintail board so I cut edges from the 3 pieces to make it fit. Adhesive works well on Dakine products. Easy installation. Liked that there were color varieties to choose from.

I really want to love this traction pad, but the traction pad is made of 3 separate pieces that seem to be made or cut separately (instead of one piece being cut into three) and thus, don't fit together. When I buy three piece traction pads, I typically prefer to keep them together so it looks and works more as one piece. It is impossible get these traction pad pieces to fit together, without having awkward overlap or gaps... I've purchased two sets of these, one from amazon and one from a local shop and both had the same inconsistency issues (see photos for a picture of each). Material feels great, and appreciate the eco-friendliness, however, I will be returning the traction pads due to a poor manufacturing process. ... show more
