Well constructed, however, when I attached it to the wall as directed and hung the ladder, the ladder bulged out making it unsafe for anyone walking by. Prior to receiving the order, the company sent me an email stating if I had any issues to contact them before leaving feedback. Well when I decided I was sending it back, I emailed them and they stated it was out of their hands now. Seems like they only wanted positive feedback, but they didn't give me a reason to leave it!
