This CRAFTSMAN V20 20V max 2tool Combo kit provides a solution for all of your drilling and fastening needs. The 2speed drill driver has a 1/2 in. Ratcheting chuck to fit a variety of drill bits for different applications. The 340 UWO gives the power needed to complete your heavy duty tasks. The 1/4 in. Impact driver has a maximum torque rating of 1, 500 in Lbs. for driving large fasteners. The one handed bit insert makes bit changes quick and easy. Both units are lightweight, compact, and have comfortable over molded grips for reduced user fatigue. The 2tool Combo kit comes with a soft storage back for transporting or storing the products, batteries, charger and accessories.

These seem very nice and good quality. The drill seed switch was very sticky but the drill and impact seemed nice. First use of drill and the chuck wouldn't tighten on bit very well. The chuck clutch turned out to be no good from new. Junk right out of the box. Should have never passed Quality Control or they have no quality control. Very disappointed. Waiting to hear from Craftsman. Amazon accepted my return for credit after I accepted a 7.99 label fee. I'm disappointment and unhappy. I can't believe Craftsman sold this unit the way it is. Very good products for the money. The drill driver has an excellent variable speed trigger. Unfortunately the drill does not function because it has a defective clutch ... show more

My impact drill stopped working after about 30minutes of use. I contacted amazon and they contacted craftsman while on the phone with me. Craftsman quickly identified the issue and promptly sent out a new impact drill, battery, charger, and bag. Now I have an extra battery, charger, and bag. That’s customer service you do not receive nowadays! Since this issue, I have used both drills quite often and they have performed excellently. The batteries hold a long charge and do not take very long to recharge. If I ever need to replace, I will not hesitate to purchase this set again. ... show more

Lots of torque, nice features. I especially like the charger and the way the batteries load. Big improvement over my Hitachi, but it's lasted 8 years so old tech I guess. The Craftsman seem very well made, we will see if they last 8 years as well. EDIT 6/11/21 After having this drill for a few months am still pleased with the features but have had a couple issues. Battery life is a bit unpredictable, sometimes it seems good and other times it seems very short. Also the chuck is crap, drill bits slip in the chuck if you get into the smallest amount of resistance while drilling. Can't seem to tighten by hand enough to prevent this, my previous Hatachi was much better. I am now looking for a keyed chuck to replace this worthless hand tighten chuck. ... show more

Nice design, compact and powerful. One feature that is missing from the drill is a bubble level on the rear and top. My old drill had these and they were very useful. Not sure why Craftsman removed them from the new design. I will likely glue one on the rear of the drill case, not sure how or where I will put one on the top surface. Also, quite disappointed with the 1.5Ah batteries that were included. Come on... why not just include the standard 2Ah batteries? I would have been willing to pay a bit more for bigger standard batteries. Now I will likely have to go and buy some additional 2 & 4Ah batteries. What a waste of resources... Would have given 5 stars if the drill had bubble levels on it. ... show more
