This is a good value. But if planning to buy other pieces it's cheaper to buy as a bundle. I wasn't sure I was going to buy more. Also, read the description some come with a battery and charger, others are machine only. I like the Craftsman 20V because the batteries can be used on each piece of equipment. BOTH batteries did not work. I'm not sure if it was sitting in a warehouse for a couple years or what. I am in a bind and need the tools and returning is not an option for me, so I have to go buy a battery. Confirmed with a buddies battery that the charger and tools work. Amazon support was of no help. The first rep offered me 20% refund which doesn't cover one battery, much less the 2 I was supposed to have. I was passed to another red who said the same. Then I was passed to a rep who refused to honor the 20% and closed the chat on me. I opened another chat and the same happened to me. So here I am with 2 shot batteries and can't even get the 20% partial refund I was offered twice. Go buy it in a store. Don't buy from Amazon. ... show more
