I bought this cork to use in making gaskets for my speaker cup terminals, and my ports. I'm not very experienced as to what thickness I should have bought to make these gaskets, so I ended up doubling the cork. It worked out great. The cork glued easily, cut easily, and fastened easily. Wasted 15$ on it a piece of thin cork sheet that broke as I took it out of the plastic packaging. I tried to salvage it by gluing it together and nothing helped. VERY DISSATISFIED AND VERY DISSAPPOINTED

Perfect thickness 1/16" for the project I'm working on (Backing for beer coasters). To my surprise the corkboard did not fall apart with handling as these thin pieces tend to do. Glued to a masonite board it was easy to trim the excess cork with an Exacto knife without tearing. A great product !
