The table arrived promptly and included all parts. Assembly was a bit challenging until someone joined me to help. It really is easier to assemble with two people. While attaching the bottom support bar (#9) I accidentally attached it backwards which then placed the lock nuts (m) in the front. I had it all together before I realized my error. It didnt affect the structure in the least, but left the 2 lock nuts visible on the front on the table. I covered them with two of the 8 stickers included in the original package that were meant for the 4 visible lock nuts showing on each side panel. This left one uncovered lock nut showing per side panel. I contacted customer service and asked them to send another packet of same colored stickers so I could not only cover the exposed lock nuts on the sides, but would also have extra in case they were ever needed. The customer service center is phenomenal! Even though the error was my fault entirely, they sent the stickers out the same day they received the request and at no additional charge to me. I highly recommend this sturdy console table, and any other items available from Convenience Concepts. This company truly cares about good customer service. ... show more

This was packaged really well and arrived in good condition. It was kind of a pain to put it together and took a while but normally furniture that you buy online does take a while. It's very cute but the slide out is kind of flimsy/cheap. I think that would be my only complaint.

Nothing broken; nothing scratched; fairly sturdy. Very happy with outcome but a few things to remember: 1. Do not use power drill or power screwdriver. It may over tighten and crack the material. Hand tightening is pretty easy. 2. Take your time. It took me 3 hours to put this together. I’m not particularly handy but actual assembly wasn’t that bad. The instructions could be better but if you are careful to observe the orientation of the larger pieces, you won’t have to back up and unassemble a step like I did twice. Look at the small holes on the side of the piece in the instructions to get the proper orientation. 3. Don’t let the cams confuse you. Play with them a little to see how they work before putting them in. 4. I put this together by myself. You can too. Just find a way to assemble with the sides on the floor. Prop them up as necessary so that you aren’t fighting gravity. MOST OF ALL: Take your time! Look and play with the parts and material assemblies orientation before committing to the orientation. And don’t be surprised to unassemble once or twice. It’s not too hard. Oh, and don’t get put off by all the one star ratings….but read a few to see what other people found troublesome. You will find most of their issues are with the instructions and cracking the leg and shelf material (probably from using power equipment). ... show more

After reading all the reviews and people having problems with assembling, I still took a chance because I liked the color. The only imperfection I saw is a tiny crack in the foot where the plastic feet already came nailed in. All pieces came well packaged, well painted, and pre-drilled. I was indeed very careful not to over tighten. At some point there was one piece that had 4 screws to be tightened. I was careful, tightening like one full rotation at the time on all 4 screws. Until they were all sufficiently tightened. And nothing cracked. Actually all holes lined up perfectly, and cabinet pieces line up to each other. The instructions say not to use electric drill for tightening for a reason. I see that the new version I received already had drawer slide railings attached. Which was nice, because I saw a review that two of the same side were sent, and another review explaining how to attach them properly. No need to worry, as manufacturer started attaching those before packaging. The instructions were okay, I didn’t find errors. But you do need to look ahead, if not understanding which way to attach a piece. Next step showed why the side had to be up or down. Cabinet is nice and sturdy. The drawer opens and closes smoothly. Please note that the drawer knobs in my pictures I purchased separately, it came with simple knobs of the same color as the cabinet. So if you want to make it fancy, buy cute knobs. ... show more

I normally won't write a bad review but this sofa table was sent with a ton of issues. I started putting it together and realized two of the pieces were covered with a sticky substance. I really didn't want to take it back and was like I can live with the sticky if it isn't showing. It was like the paint or the clear coating hadn't fully dried before packaging. As I continued to put it together, I noticed one of the large pieces had been stapled through about 4 times with a staple gun and patched with clear glue. The product was black so the staples were not even covered. I continued to work on it hoping those would be on the underside. But then I grabbed the side piece and it was cracked. Three different issues with one piece of furniture. I should have stopped with issue one but three issues was way too much for me so I had to return it. It would have been a pretty shelf as the color was beautiful and glossy. However, it was shipped with way too many issues. ... show more
