Finally found a decent pair. They're not below the waist or at the waist like a lot of crappy underwear I've wasted $$ on. I can pull them above my waist and not worry about them creeping down immediately or when I bend. They do ride up a little around the upper thigh area and I wish they were just a little bit tighter, but not enough to make me hate them. Perfect fit and length for the shorter hybrid men’s, especially older teens, shorts, like the chubby’s brand. But not too short where they ride up the leg. Thin cotton-like breathable material is the best. “Manly” colors is a plus. Columbia is great at making clothes for outdoor comfort.

There is nothing really wrong with these underwear but I'm only mildly happy with them. They are soft and comfortable but maybe just a tad tighter than I thought they might be. I'm not buff but then again I don't have a super big belly (36 waist) and one thing I don't like about these is the wide waistband.
