I went back and forth a ton on which chicco model to buy and ultimately got this one because of the rubber wheels. I have zero regrets and my husband loves taking our baby outdoors on forest and lake trails in our stroller. It handles so many kinds of terrain so well. I also have a fancy lightweight travel stroller and the wheel size makes a huge difference even for things like going up and down curbs / stairs and going over things like water hoses and uneven tiles. The other thing I love is the storage underneath and the cup holder. I also added a hook for my personal belongings and it just feels so easy to walk with all our things wherever we go. I even use the storage to shop for groceries and keep my baby in the stroller. I do find the stroller bulky and end up getting dirt on my clothes when I lift it into my car trunk. The car seat is not light, especially when my baby is in it and I have to use both arms and a lot of core strength when moving him in and out of my car to click onto the stroller. I loooove how easy it is to click him in and out of the car seat base / stroller. This was a key reason I didn’t go for a different brand. I also like the seatbelt buckle. I used a different car seat brand while traveling and they can be truly annoying, especially with a cranky baby. The chicco design is rather straightforward. Installing the car seat base is annoying on older car models because the metal loop is deeper down in the car cushions. Finally, to respond to the height issue — it’s a good height for the arms of both myself and my husband who are 5’5” and 6’ respectively. He finds our travel stroller a little short for him and hence truly prefers this stroller. I do agree that the arm should be adjustable for the price. We just adjusted the car seat headrest for our growing baby (almost 8 months) and we use the newborn padding in our travel stroller to make it more comfortable. All in all super happy with this strolller! The mixed light gray color is sooo gorgeous too, it gets compliments all the time. Undoing all the fabric to throw it in the wash was hard the first time but it’s pretty easy to put back on and I won’t be as scared of doing it next time. ... show more

I 100/10 recommend this travel system! This is what I originally wanted but money was tight during my pregnancy so the best I could afford was a Graco system off marketplace. I don’t know if being “old” and used was a factor of it but I ABSOLUTELY HATED the Graco system. The stroller was so inconvenient, not sturdy and took 2 hands and a man handle to unfold it. The Graco car seat was straight HARD PLASTIC even with an insert my son would cry and cry while in it and I don’t blame him. Chicco is a little more pricier but it is so worth the money! My son was too big for the infant insert but even without it, my son has never cried ONCE IN IT! My most favorite feature is the “bassinet mode” my son is too small for strollers at the moment so I put the infant insert in the stroller, fold it back to a bassinet and he lovesssss going on walks. Compared to the Graco, it is so durable, compact and smooth. I really like the overall design it is great quality and not so heavy/bulky as my Graco system. Only thing I don’t like is no cup holders but I don’t really use them anyways so I just bought a universal cup holder bag just incase. Also the storage on the Chicco is SO NICE! With the Graco system I couldn’t even fit a diaper bag in the basket so this is 100% a nice upgrade and very worth the price! ... show more

Normally I choose options that have a plethora of reviews and video comparisons behind them... However! I am so happy that we took the chance on this travel system. I love the look and feel of the stroller (especially the leather details, I'm a sucker for some nice leather). Nothing about this travel system feels cheap. The materials all seem very sturdy and high quality. The fabric has a great feel to it and I love that it is machine washable. The large rubber tires make for a smooth, responsive ride. Even though the handle isn't height adjustable it is still a comfortable hold for both me (5'2) and my much taller husband(6'1). My only complaint regarding the stroller is the release buttons for the leather bar attachment (that goes across the toddler seat) can be a fight. That could just be me having weak thumbs though since my Husband has no problem with it. Everything else clicks in and releases very easily. The stroller also has a nice easy fold (if it seems hung up on something try swiveling the front tires around) The carseat feels and looks very safe and I love that the newborn insert can be used with the toddler seat fully reclined in the stroller. The carseat has some weight to it, so it feels solid. The pull to adjust strap feature is easy to use and will probably save a lot of time in the long run. The base is also an easy install and I love the adjustable wedge feature to help level the carseat on angled backseats (the bubble levels on both sides of the base are also super helpful). Being a first time mom and trying to make good choices on baby items is hard, but I feel very confident in this travel system choice.
