This is the second unit of this air fryer I have purchased, the first of which was December 2024. Lasted 14 months before crapping out, but enjoyed every month that it did work, enough so that I bought another one. Because of the Code E2, showed up in the window just prior to shutting down, after reading the owners manual in detail, I am assuming the thermostat burned out, because during the very last usage of the first unit, the heating element did not go off and got so hot, that it began smoking out the top vent, just prior to the code being displayed and ultimately shutting down. Excellent when working however, just hope this one last longer than 14 months.

Just moved into my first apartment and I do not cook. I’m not a chef, hate being in the kitchen and knew I needed an air fryer to make life easier. I browsed a ton of air fryers, ranging in price and settled on a Amazon renewed version of this air fryer - which arrived in a very damaged box, but to my surprise was fully wrapped and not a single scratch on it. This thing is beau-ti-ful. I hooked it up, love the silent feature to turn off all annoying beeps/dings, and love the elegance of the touch screen option. I have yet to explore all the options and fiddle around with its settings but I just discovered you can sync the baskets and your food will finish exactly together on time… like what? I never even thought to wish for this feature and here we are. Amazing. The price is fabulous in my opinion. I love the extra two-minute feature too, which appears as soon as there is 1 minute left, which is an A+ feature. UPDATE: ok, I’ve been living in my apartment for a few months now and decided to update this review. I took away a star because I just don’t love this as much as I previously did. First off, this air fryer is large. Honestly, I should’ve known that given it’s a dual-basket air fryer (not sure where my brain was at) but it is a large machine with two very small cooking baskets. If you’re someone with kiddos or have frequent guests or something — this may work for you. However I am one single person, and do not need two baskets and such a large device. Second, I wish this product offered a few more options… I thought maybe I hadn’t fiddled with it enough to figure it out, but there is only one setting. There is no reheat/fry/bake option which I feel could easily been added. Third, it’s just too big for my needs and I ended up replacing it with a smaller one-basket air fryer with all the options I wanted. I also wanted to be able to dump the food onto my plate/bowl straight from the air fryer but the little fryer plate at the bottom constantly falls out which really annoys me. The touch screen gets a little wonky sometimes, along with opening the basket to check on your food it will sometimes reset the entire timer and cooking setting. Idk if that’s just a defect or if it’s just TOO simple for that. ANYWAY - overall, great SIMPLE product, but be warned it is large, will take up a lot of counter space and isn’t anything fancy- but does look nice, cooks well & great price!

I've had my airfryer for almost a year now and it has been one of my most favourite adult purchases ever! It's easy to clean, quiet, and comes with a range of control buttons which makes it easy to use. What I like most about it though is the sheer size of the double baskets. Most air fryers of that size are typically single baskets which limits the number of dishes possible at once. Features like Hi Fry (extra high temp) and sync basket makes it so much more versatile and suitable for daily life. I have made fried chicken with minimal oil (it is recommended to spray a tad of oil on dishes that are usually deep fried), along with french fries, even waffles and they taste the same, if not better! I highly recommend this.

This is a good air fryer, not going to lie, but the only thing is it gets greasy and it’s very hard to get the grease off. I do have a warranty on it which I might need to use because when I did plug it in the other day, it did spot, but it also is still working so nine out of 10 I would get this

I’m extremely disappointed with this air fryer. Food takes much longer to cook than expected, and even after adjusting the time and temperature, nothing comes out crispy the way an air fryer should. I’ve tried multiple foods and followed the recommended settings, but the results are consistently underwhelming. For the price, I expected much better performance. Unfortunately, it does not deliver on its promises and is not worth the money. I would not recommend this product.
