These are great pants. I first bought these when I actually did work in a kitchen about 11 or 12 years ago. The only thing that seems to have changed is the logo on the pocket. I ordered small size back then and even though my waist then was a couple inches smaller than it is now, it (waist) was within the range they gave back then and even so, I had to cinch the cords in the elastic waist to make them tight enough. I bring this up because after all those years, the last 2 pairs finally gave out. (And it took a lot to do that; these took a lot of abuse both in the kitchenh for several years and then for both everyday wear and while working in my studio where they also took a lot of hard wear. The only reason they finally wore out is because the material had finally wore to the point where they just ripped, one in the knee area and one above that in thigh area) Obviously too late to say long story short but I just ordered a pair and since I have gained a couple inches in waist plus the fact that Amazon kept throwing pop-ups at me recommending a medium I gave in and ordered medium. That was a mistake; even after a couple washes including one in hot water, they are too big and feel like I’m constantly having to pull them up to not be showing my butt to the world (and frankly, the world has enough problems) so I then ordered a small and they are great! I highly recommend these very comfortable, extremely durable pants even if you aren’t in the kitchen for a living. Expensive (for me) but well worth it. ... show more

Comfortable, cool and fit great Classic chef pants that are baggy, but not to BIG and look good with pockets for all of your needs elastic waistband is strong get not too tight and doesn’t allow too much slipping, which is a plus

Got size XL it was too long and too small. Looks nice too bad it didn't fit, unfortunately DH tore off tag before trying it on so, guess I can't return it. It did arrive on time, but was in a thin see through original wrap.

I ordered these pants because it's pretty useful to have more pockets while working in a kitchen. I have another pants from chef works that I ordered about a year ago, and those were more baggy and long on the legs. That was the style on those pants. These pants are more fitting, its a lot tighter around the waist and a lil shorter on the legs than the other pants, but still long too. So far after 2 days, I am satisfied with my purchase.
