Not as thin as I expected but ended up really liking it, especially reheated next day. I don't like to eat junk food but when I get a craving for pizza i still prioritize simple ingredients. This will be my new go to cheat meal. Recognizable simple ingredients and no seed oils! Will try other cappellos pizzas

It's pretty good. If you are craving kind of the old-school sort of Tony's frozen pizza, that is what this most reminds me of. Which honestly, for gluten-free pizza, is kind of rare to get, so yeah, it's pretty good. The crust is like that Tony's kind of crust, which is a little bit cracker-like, but still has good chew. It's not like a softer crust that you might get from maybe a Red Baron pizza, but again, for a pizza with no gluten, it would be super difficult to get that kind of a crust. Gluten does all that beautiful stuff for dough. But is it something you will crave all the time? For my family, no. But we ate it and didn't feel bad afterward -- no bloating, no problems. I would buy it again but I wasn't exactly wowed by it. But I will say this is worlds better than eating a cauliflower "crust" pizza and trying to convince yourself that it is the same as a real pizza. Get this one instead.

Very, very disappointed with them this time around love their raviolis, as they don't contain wheat. Ended up having to throw it out because it is not safe for people with celiac disease as they have wheat in the ingredients.

The crust was crispy but it was also dry and had the taste of a pretzel which is not an advantage for my taste buds. Also, the sauce tasted really cheap and garlicky. The almond flour crust. Pizzas are so amazing and they married that price point but this thing at $11.99 is ridiculous. I'm glad they're able to start making new textures with just the wheatstarch, but there's some things that still need to be worked out. I I think this tastes more like a $6 Pizza... I will continue with almond flour based pizzas y'all have, those are perf!
