Perfect fit for 2008 Audi TT 1.8l. Fit and finish were good. Gasket was high quality and fit perfectly. I did check the thermostat in hot water before installing (I've had new ones fail before). It seems to work, resolved my issues with excessive cooling during the summer. Does not keep the engine warm during the winter. In all fairness, it is a very small displacement 2.0 and perhaps the orientation of the temperature sensor contributes to the low temp reading, perhaps. That being said the car still runs cold over the cooler winter days, it is my suspicion this is the result of the thermostat not sealing completely or opening prematurely.     • Great product, accurate fit.
It fit perfectly in my 05 beetle 2.0 L. I was getting a flashing blue light so I replaced the thermostat and the sensor - it seem to solve my problem.
